Low glycemic index recipe with seasonal vegetables

Autumn recipe with low glycemic index.

Although EMS training is an effective method, good nutrition remains essential to achieve your weight loss goals.

 

Our personal trainers, expert in nutrition, offer you the recipe for an anti-inflammatory dish with a low glycemic index in order to achieve your goals.

Ingredients for 4 people :
– 700 g of coliflower
– 4 large carrots
– 10 cl of vegetable cream (cashew here)
– 1 coffe spoon cumin, 2 coffe spoon curry powder – Goat cheese
– Hazelnuts (optional)

To reduce cooking time, grate the carrots and use already cooked cauliflower.
1 – Cook the cut vegetables in a saucepan with water at half for about 20 minutes.
2 – When it’s cooked, add the cream and spices (more or less depending on your taste).
3 -Add salt and pepper.
4 – Mix at full power.
5 – Add some water to obtain the desired texture.
6 – Topping: fresh goat cheese and hazelnuts.
